No returns or refunds are accepted on any purchases made.

If there is any issue with the jewelry piece, the customer must contact the store within 72 hours of receiving or purchasing the item.

If the store approves the request, the return will only be accepted for merchandise exchange and not for a monetary refund.

The process must follow these conditions:
• The customer must contact the store before sending any item back.
• The merchandise must be shipped to an authorized “Hold Location”.
• The customer must provide the shipping receipt or tracking confirmation to the store once the item has been shipped.
• The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

The store reserves the right to approve or deny any exchange depending on the condition of the returned item.
